These terms govern your use of leaguespawn.com and the tools on it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What we provide
LeagueSpawn provides free, browser-based tournament tooling — including single elimination, double elimination, round robin, and Swiss system bracket generation — together with written guidance about tournament formats. No account is required.
Your content and your responsibility
You are responsible for the participant names, team names, logos, and other material you enter into the tool.
- You must have the right to use any logo or image you upload.
- You must not enter unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material.
- You must not use the tool to harass or impersonate anyone.
- Remember that a shareable link encodes everything in the bracket. Do not put private information into a bracket you intend to share.
Because your tournament data stays in your browser, we cannot recover it for you if you clear your browser storage or lose a link. Export a PNG or CSV if the result matters to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
- Scrape the site at a rate that degrades service for others.
- Remove, obscure, or alter attribution in exported images where it is present.
- Use automated means to click, generate, or interact with advertising.
Embedding
You may embed the bracket generator in your own site using the embed code the tool provides, including on commercial sites, provided you do not misrepresent it as your own product and do not strip attribution.
Intellectual property
The LeagueSpawn name, logo, site design, written guides, and software are ours or our licensors’. The brackets you create with the tool are yours. We claim no ownership over your tournament data, team names, or uploaded logos.
Third-party marks — game titles, team names, and esports organisations referenced in examples or documentation — belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
Advertising
The site displays third-party advertising. We do not control and are not responsible for the content of advertisements or the products and services advertised. Dealings with advertisers are solely between you and them.
No warranty
The site and tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any bracket, seeding, pairing, or tiebreaker calculation will suit the rules of your specific event. Always verify results against your own tournament rules before publishing them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or disrupted events, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
