Reporting a bracket problem
The single most useful thing you can send is the shareable link from the tool. It encodes the exact tournament state — participants, format, scores, and results — so we can reproduce precisely what you saw instead of guessing.
To get one: open your bracket, then choose Copy shareable link in the Export & Share panel and paste it into your email. If the problem is visual, a screenshot or an exported PNG helps too. Telling us your browser and whether you were on desktop or mobile speeds things up.
Requesting a feature
Tell us about the event you are trying to run rather than the feature in the abstract — how many entrants, what game, what rules, and what breaks today. Format support, seeding rules, and tiebreak options are the areas we extend most often.
Press, partnerships, and embedding
Use the same address and mention what you have in mind. The bracket generator can be embedded on your own site for free — the tool generates the embed code for you under Get embed code.
